Information submitted for a project
When you request a scope, NEDD may receive the information you choose to provide, including contact details, property or project location, requested service, timing, access constraints, intended deliverables, and links to supporting files. This information is used to review fit, prepare scope and pricing, coordinate authorized field work, deliver files, and maintain business records.
Website measurement
If allowed, the site sends page, campaign, service-interest, call-to-action, form-start, and completed-request events to the NEDD Google Analytics property. The measurement code is configured without Google Signals or advertising personalization. NEDD does not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, property addresses, free-text notes, or uploaded files to Google Analytics.
Hosting and lead delivery
The website is hosted by Netlify. Submitted request forms are processed through the site's secured form workflow with honeypot protection. NEDD may use service providers needed for hosting, delivery, mapping, media processing, scheduling, accounting, or customer communication, subject to the scope of the work and their applicable terms.
Property media and spatial records
Drone imagery, thermal imagery, Matterport or other 3D links, panoramas, Apple Vision Pro-compatible media, reports, and property records are handled according to the approved scope. Access, retention, sharing, and deletion requirements should be established in writing when a project involves confidential, occupied, security-sensitive, or regulated locations.

To ask about a project record, correct submitted information, or request an available deletion or export, contact info@NewEnglandDroneData.com. Legal, contractual, safety, insurance, engineering, surveying, or public-record requirements may require NEDD to retain specific records.
